One-click workspace invites, plus calmer chat and specialists
Accept a workspace invite in one click, recover failed messages and open images in a lightbox, and get more reliable specialists.
This release makes joining a workspace a one-click affair, brings back failed-message recovery in chat, adds an in-app image viewer, and steadies specialists, permissions, and startup across the app.
Join a workspace in one click
Accepting a workspace invite now takes a single click and lands you directly inside the workspace, no hunting required. The flow is smoother when the app isn't installed yet and when you don't have a workspace to open into, and a badge in the header now shows you any pending invites waiting for a response. We also fixed a set of membership snags along the way: opening workspace details as a member no longer crashes, you can leave a workspace you've joined, and invitations update correctly even without billing access. If adding someone to a channel fails, you now see a clear error instead of silence.
Recover from a failed message
When a message fails to send, chat shows the error again with a way to retry and recover, so a dropped message no longer disappears without a trace. Your own messages in an open room also confirm more reliably, edited message contents update correctly, and images shared in a conversation open in an in-app lightbox instead of leaving the app. Editing a link renders correctly, code snippets display cleanly, and message authors now show their names instead of raw provider identifiers.
A more reliable specialists experience
Web search is more dependable, so specialists that reach out to the web return results as expected. Specialist replies no longer leak stray template text from the model, versioned specialists resolve correctly, and the mention list refreshes as soon as a specialist joins a room. Room admins can now invite specialists themselves, and specialist controls stay hidden in direct messages where they don't belong.
Workspace watermarking
Workspace admins can now turn on an optional, subtle watermark that shows across the app and its content for everyone in the workspace. It carries the current member's identity so shared screenshots and screens are traceable, while still letting you click, select, and scroll normally. Turn it on or off anytime from workspace preferences.
Clearer permission prompts for computer-use
System permission requests for computer-use are now clearer and more granular, kept separate per channel so each place you work asks for exactly what it needs.
Faster workspaces and steadier sign-in
Workspaces load faster now that their rooms are fetched in parallel, and sign-in is steadier and quicker. Workflows also run more reliably.
Polish & fixes
The notification badge is now accurate at startup, and browsing channels shows a clear state when you've already joined every channel. We fixed crashes on app reload and when switching workspaces, smoothed out a startup stability issue, and kept the Chloe assistant's state separate per workspace so it no longer carries over between them. Development builds are now clearly marked in the app so they're easy to tell apart from a shipped release.
