Package-owned chat views, clearer calls, and scrollable miniapps

Let miniapps render chat, understand participant call quality, keep packaged screens loading, and scroll app pages without losing DM or channel state.

Miniapps can now contribute an executable, package-owned chat renderer instead of fitting every experience into the built-in transcript. Removing a package preserves the contribution records needed to retire it safely.

Voice sessions collect per-participant connection quality, making degraded calls easier to explain. GitHub pull-request chips use color to distinguish open, merged, and closed states.

Leaving a channel navigates away before membership changes, preventing the old rejoin flash. The release also restores predictable macOS window controls and accepts newer model tokenizer families without rejecting the catalog.

Voice connection health now converges after reconnects and network changes instead of leaving stale warnings behind.

Packaged desktop builds once again include the frontend assets required to open the app, fixing a release regression that could produce an unusable installation.

Miniapp roots now scroll when their content outgrows the panel. Workspace letter avatars remain legible in light mode, and direct-message avatars keep the right person after switching workspaces.

Private channels no longer get stuck when their last human member leaves. Room event fanout failures are isolated so one broken listener does not interrupt everyone else, and failed identity relocation no longer fences a valid account.

Sandbox output now shows command arguments and the effective network mode. Project readiness follows the selected folder mount, and local development preparation moves from a serial startup to a measured dependency graph that can reuse completed work.
