Resilient updates, project specialist controls, and smoother OAuth return

Retry interrupted desktop updates, control specialist execution per project, keep voice failures isolated, and return to TAP after OAuth.

Desktop updates now retry transient download failures instead of giving up after the first network interruption.

Projects gain a specialist execution control plane for routing and supervising work. Specialist admission no longer waits on diagnostic collection, harness permissions are read in batches, and delegation checks avoid listing every room.

Voice reads stay responsive while provider work is in progress, desktop capture starts again, and an incomplete call summary now shows a warning rather than looking complete.

A failed remote voice playback stream now remains isolated, so one participant’s media error does not break the rest of the live session.

Windows builds can parse miniapp bootstrap paths again, restoring package startup on that platform.

TAP now returns to the foreground after an OAuth callback, so a completed sign-in or connection flow does not leave the app hidden behind the browser.

Marketplace failures no longer leak internal error text into the panel. The channel audience status pill is removed from the header, and Windows startup converts low-level admission failures into a usable launch error.
