Threaded chat, desktop voice, and miniapp improvements

This release improves threaded chat, adds desktop voice controls, enables verified workspace tasks, and expands miniapp support with SDK 0.20.0.

Chat improvements and threading

Typing signals now scope correctly to their thread surfaces, and live thread replies update reply counts immediately.

Desktop voice features

Desktop voice adds camera capture lifecycle management, camera controls and tiles, generalized visual media primitives, screen sharing, and live voice participant roster controls.

Miniapps and SDK expansion

SDK 0.20.0 adds authorized Ask Chloe handoffs, media sessions, durable recordings, and file RPC resolution from local contribution assets.

Chloe and verified workspace features

Verified workspace task creation is now enabled through Ask Chloe.

Desktop build and CI improvements

Desktop compilation fixes address CEF and Windows release compilation issues. CI workflows no longer run iOS automatically.

These improvements make TAP’s voice, chat, and miniapp experiences more robust, secure, and user-friendly across desktop and web platforms.
